Bradley Beach is a borough located in Monmouth County, NJ. As of the 2019 census, it has an approximate population of 4,195 permanent residents. In 1893, it was incorporated as a borough by an act of the New Jersey Legislature, confirmed in 1925. Bradley Beach is named for James A.
