Providing your phone number alone does not grant CMI Interiors Inc. DBA CMI Window Fashions permission to send you SMS messages. SMS consent is collected separately and explicitly through opt-in checkboxes on our contact forms.

No mobile information (including SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent data is not sold, rented, or traded. The only exception is SMS service providers who facilitate message delivery on our behalf, and they are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may request a consultation, quote, or service without consenting to receive SMS messages.

Information you provide directly: Name, email address, phone number, and project details submitted through our Request a Quote form or Contact page, as well as communications you send us by email or phone.

Information collected automatically: Browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and time spent on pages (collected via Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused platform that does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information). IP addresses are anonymised.

Information we do not collect: We do not collect payment card information on this website. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your quote requests and enquiries
• Schedule consultations and follow up on your project
• Send you information about our products and services that you have requested
• Send SMS appointment reminders, order updates, and service notifications (only when you have opted in to transactional SMS)
• Send promotional offers and seasonal specials via SMS (only when you have opted in to marketing SMS)
• Improve the performance and content of our website

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Our website uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics platform. It does not set cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. No cookie consent banner is required for this tool.

Our website embeds a Google Maps iframe to display our location. Google may collect data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy. We have no control over Google's data practices. We also load fonts from Google Fonts; Google may log requests in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

We retain enquiry and quote request data for up to three (3) years to allow us to follow up on your project and maintain business records. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
